| 摘 要： | 分层教学能弥补传统教学模式的一些不足，改变高职院校教学的滞后现象。在分层教学中，学生要分层：按照学生的测试分数、智能及思维灵活程度等因素动态地把学生分为A、B、C三个层次，不同层次提出不同的教学目标。教学要分层：备课、课堂教学、作业、辅导等教学环节，都应根据学生的情况，因人制宜地提出不同的要求。评价要分层：对不同层次的学生采用不同的标准，注意过程的发展性评价，使教学的针对性增强。
