| Abstract: | This paper focues on the effectiveness of inforation obtained from stored scientific and technological files in a research institute. As the stored files contain scientific and technological research achievements ,the information obtained from the files may thus be valuable and may be able to stimulate the transformation of reseachachievements into productivity. It is therefore hypothesized that the scientific and technological files can be put onto market. |
