摘    要:采用360°绩效评估法对温州大学机电工程学院汽车专业往届毕业生进行绩效评估,评估结果一方面可以作为企业对本员工全面考核的依据,同时也作为汽车专业建设的效果重要的评价之一.评估结果显示本专业在培养学生工作技能和工作协调能力方面较突出,但在工作创新性以及管理能力上有一定欠缺,总体得分不佳.这给汽车服务类人才培养提供了重要的指导性意见,有助于汽车专业今后培养更加合格的人才.

Abstract:The paper evaluated the automobiles graduates in Wenzhou University by 360-degree performance evaluation method.The result,on one hand,can be regarded as a comprehensive assessment of business-to-employee,on the other hand,as one of the important evaluation of automobile specialty construction effects.The evaluation results show the work skills and work coordination capacity of students in our profession,but their work innovation capabilities and management capacity is deficient,with low overall score.Guida...
