| 摘 要： | 相对于创新是企业生存发展的生命线,企业文化则是企业创新的触发器,是企业可持续发展的保障和基石。从企业文化的内涵入手,分析企业文化创新对企业创新的动力效应,它可以营造创新的氛围、可以调动员工的创造力,并以CQGPE公司的企业文化建设实践为基础,总结提出了企业文化建设促进企业创新发展的一个中心、四根支柱、四大任务的轮式发展综合策略机制模型,并阐释了其中间主体层面的精神文化、行为文化、制度文化和物质文化建设对企业创新能力发展的作用机制。
