| 摘 要： | 社会主义新农村建设的主角是农民,目前我国农民的整体素质满足不了新农村建设需要,培育新型农民是新农村建设中所面临的首要问题,加快农村义务教育体制改革,完善培训机制,积极培养农村带头人,注重农民整体素质的提高是培育新型农民的有效途径。

| Abstract: | The major role of socialism new village construction is farmers,At the present,the whole quality of the farmers in our country can not satisfy the requirement of new village construction,the main problem is to cultivate new type farmers during the new village construction,speeding up reform of compulsory education in the village,completing the training organization,actively cultivating the village's leader and enhancing the whole quality of the farmers are effective way of cultivating new type farmers. |
