| 摘 要： | 当今科学技术的快速发展以及地方经济社会发展的需求，为地方高校科研工作跨越式发展带来了新的机遇和挑战。实现地方高校科技跨越式发展不仅要继续增加政府和社会资金的投入，更要创新观念，创新思维，引进、培养造就一批高水平的科技创新人才和创新团队，构建科技创新体系，在学科交叉领域、优势方向，形成特色，创新知识，创新成果，为地方的经济建设和社会发展服务。

| Abstract: | The rapid development of science and technology, and requirements from local economic and social development bring new opportunities and challenges to the leaping development of the local colleges and universities＇ work and research. In order to achieve leaping development of science and technology in local colleges and universities, it needs not only increased capital investment from government and society, but also innovative ideas and thinking. Introducing and cultivating a host of excellent talents and innovative team, building science and technology innovation system, and forming characteristics, innovative knowledge and achievement in the interdis- ciplinary area and dominant direction, can serve the local economic construction and social development. |
