| 摘 要： | 针对现代高职电子专业中质量管理类课程存在的问题，提出将其与SMT实训进行整合。通过对现代电子制造企业的生产制造人员和品质管理人员的工作职责和任务的调研和分析，确定以电子产品生产制造过程为主线，质量管理活动为补充的实训教学模式。设计了真实可信的企业生产管理情景、通过7个工作任务岗位角色的轮流实践使学生更好地掌握了质量管理技术和SMT生产技能。

On the Inteqration of Quality Management Course and SMT Training for Higher Vocational Electronics Major |

| Abstract: | In view of the problems in the higher vocational quality management course,the author puts forward the integration of the course and SMT training. Based on the investigation into the responsibilities of the manufacturing personnel and Quality control personnel,a teaching pattern is presented in which electronic product manufacturing process is the main line and quality management activities are complementary. We both establish the production management teaching scene and the seven work tasks. Through practice,students have a better understanding of quality management techniques and SMT production skills. |
