高校中长跑教学中心理负荷指标的应用研究

摘    要:中长跑教学在大学的体育教学中占有一定的比例,由于动作单一,趣味性不强,学生易感枯燥,单调而不愿学.根据心理负荷的特点,运用问卷调查的方法确立心理负荷的评分指标体系,通过对运用不同教学方法和手段教学的两组学生进行心理负荷的测定,从注意力、情绪和意志等心理因素角度出发,制订出一种客观的测试与评定学生心理负荷的方法,得出具体分数,实现定量评定,客观地评价学生心理负荷.为合理地选择和有效地组织教学手段,提高学生对中跑教学的兴趣和积极性,达到良好的教学效果,提供参考依据.

Abstract:The medium distance running teaching holds the certain proportion in university's sports teaching.But the movement is simplex and the interesting is not strong,that makes students easily feel arid and not willing to study.According to the psychological load characteristic.I use the questionnaire survey method to establish the grades system of psychology load.Through to assess the psychological load of two group students who are taught by different methods,I draw up a method to objectively test and evaluate the student psychology load from psychological factor such as attention,mood,will and so on.It could obtains the specific score,realize quota evaluation and objectively appraises the student psychology load.That method provides the references in effectively organizing and the reasonably choosing the teaching method,enhanceing the students' interests in medium-distance running learning that could achieve the good teaching effect.
