| 摘 要： | 新时代高职教育肩负着崇高而伟大的历史使命,高职院校事业发展机遇和挑战并存,挑战压力普遍较大,青年教师和学生的发展性问题增多,关心下一代工作需求增大。党和国家对各级关工委寄予厚望,江苏省委教育工委和教育厅对教育系统关工委提出了优质化建设的要求。应对新形势、新任务、新要求,高职院校唯有遵循事业发展和人才成长规律,党建带关建,推进关工委创新发展理念和模式,走开放、多元、融合、互爱之路,以实实在在的关爱带来实实在在的工作成效,才能实现关心下一代工作的优质化。

| Abstract: | In the new era,higher vocational education shoulders a greater historical mission.Opportunities and challenges coexist in the development of higher vocational colleges.The pressure of challenges is generally great?er.The development problems of young teachers and students are increasing,and there is a growing need to care about the next generation.Our party and our state place great expectations on Committee for the Wellbeing of the Youth at all levels.The Education Working Committee of Jiangsu Provincial Party Committee and the De?partment of Education put forward the requirements of high-quality construction for the Committee for the Wellbeing of the Youth in education system. |
