| 摘 要： | 近年来阅读推广活动作为高校图书馆提高资源使用率和来馆人数的重要手段之一,受到了高校图书馆的高度重视。如何提高阅读推广的实际效果就成为高校图书馆人研究的重要方向。文章通过高校图书馆阅读推广活动的项目化构建探讨在高校图书馆阅读推广中运用项目化管理理念的优势,将阅读推广活动按照项目化管理运作,提高阅读推广活动的实际效果,从而更加有效地提高图书馆资源的使用效率。

| Abstract: | In recent years,as one of the important measures to increase its resources utilization and the number of vis?itors,reading promotion activities have been highly valued by university libraries.How to improve the real effect of reading promotion has become an important research area for university librarians.This paper explores the advan?tages of using project management concepts through the project-based construction of reading promotion activi?ties,and manages the activities as projects to improve its real effects,so as to use library resources more efficiently. |
