“互联网+”环境下高职市场营销专业人才培养方案的改革研究

摘    要:伴随着我国电子商务和互联网金融的快速发展,企业对市场营销人才的岗位能力提出了新的要求,具有国际化视野的网络营销人才越来越受到青睐。文章采用访谈及问卷调查的方法,明确了互联网时代下市场营销专业人才的培养目标及培养规格,提出了线上线下人才培养模式,构建了市场调查与分析、营销策划、推销业务、网络营销和综合素养五大课程模块,有利于实现适应新业态发展需要的市场营销专业技术技能人才的培养。

Abstract:As the electronic-commerce and internet finance developed rapidly in our country,the enterprises have new demand on the marketing talents for working post competency and the internet marketing people with international vision become increasingly preferred.By means interview and questionnaire,it defines the target and standard of cultivation of talents in marketing major in the era of internet and proposed the online and offline talent cultivating mode.It constituted the modules of market survey and analysis,marketing planning,sales promoting business,internet marketing and comprehensive quality,which are conductive to realizing the cultivation of talents with marketing profession and skills adapting for new industrial requirements.
