| 摘 要： | 目的探讨在脓毒症并发胃肠功能障碍患者临床护理中开展中医适宜技术联合舒适护理干预的应用价值。方法选取2019年02月至2020年01月期间我院收治的脓毒症并发胃肠功能障碍患者60例,随机将其分为对照组与观察组,每组30例。对照组患者予以常规护理,观察组患者开展中医适宜技术联合舒适护理干预,对比两组患者干预前、干预7d后的肠功能障碍评分、APACHEⅡ评分,对比两组患者肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门排气恢复时间及排便恢复时间。结果两组患者干预前胃肠功能障碍评分、APACHEⅡ评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组干预7d后的胃肠功能障碍评分、APACHEⅡ评分均低于对照组,肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门排气恢复时间、排便恢复时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用中医适宜技术联合舒适护理干预可以有效改善患者脓毒症并发胃肠功能障碍患者的胃肠功能评分,促进肠蠕动,缩短肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门排气恢复时间及排便恢复时间,对患者预后有积极影响,值得在临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the application value of TCM appropriate technology combined with comfort?able nursing intervention in the clinical nursing of patients with sepsis complicated with gastrointestinal dysfunc?tion.Methods 60 patients with sepsis complicated with gastrointestinal dysfunction in our hospital from Febru?ary 2019 to January 2020 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,30 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing,while the patients in the observa?tion group were given TCM appropriate technology combined with comfortable nursing intervention.The intes?tinal dysfunction score and APACHE II score of the two groups before and after the intervention for 7 days were compared,and the recovery time of bowel sounds,anal exhaust and defecation of the two groups were com?pared.Results There was no significant difference in gastrointestinal dysfunction score and ApacheⅡscore be?tween the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).The gastrointestinal dysfunction score and ApacheⅡscore of the observation group after 7 days of intervention were lower than those of the control group,and the recov?ery time of bowel sounds,anal exhaust and defecation of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion TCM appropriate technology combined with comfortable nursing inter?vention can effectively improve the gastrointestinal function score of patients with sepsis complicated with gastro?intestinal dysfunction,promote intestinal peristalsis,shorten the recovery time of bowel sounds,anal exhaust and defecation,which has a positive impact on the prognosis of patients,and is worthy of clinical application. |
