| 摘 要： | 目的/意义]通过探讨影响我国省域公共图书馆服务均等化的因素,对公共图书馆服务均等化建设实践提供参考。研究设计/方法]以2013-2017年我国31个省(直辖市、自治区)的公共图书馆服务均等化水平为研究对象,采用随机效应模型和可行广义最小二乘法(FGLS)回归方法对我国省域公共图书馆服务均等化水平影响因素进行检验。结论/发现]人均GDP、人口密度、人均文娱消费支出、人均财政转移支付是省域公共图书馆服务均等化水平的显著正向影响因素,城镇化率、人均地方财政支出是省域公共图书馆服务均等化水平的显著负向影响因素。创新/价值]将我国省域公共图书馆服务均等化水平测度与影响因素分析相结合,提出推进公共图书馆服务标准化建设、构建科学的中央和地方文化支出责任分担机制等建议,以进一步提升我国公共图书馆服务的均等化水平。

| Abstract: | Purpose/Significance]This paper aims to discuss the influencing factors of the equalization of public library services,and provide reference for the practice of the equalization of public library services.Design/Methodology]This paper took the equalization level of public library services in 31 provinces(including municipalities and autonomous regions)in China from 2013 to 2017 as the research object,and tested the influencing factors of the equalization level of public library services by using the random effect model and the feasible generalized least square(FGLS)regression method.Findings/Conclusion]Per capita GDP,population density,per capita consumption of entertainment and per capita financial transfer payment are significant positive impacts on the level of equalization of public library services.Urbanization rate and per capita local financial expenditure are significant negative impacts on the level of equalization of public library services.Originality/Value]By combining the measurement of the equalization level of public library services with the analysis of the influencing factors,this paper suggests to promote the standardization construction of public library services,and build a scientific responsibility sharing mechanism of central and local cultural expenditure so as to further improve the equalization level of public library services in China. |
