| 摘 要： | 本文根据对农民工组织问题的分析，提出农民工组织化问题是解决农民工与城市之间社会整合问题的关键所在。文章指出解决农民工组织的问题要在原有的血缘、地缘、业缘等组织基础上进行组织创新，以一种结合以上三种因素的综合组织的形态在城市完成农民工的社会重建。

| Abstract: | According to the analysis of organization of immigrant workers, this article brings forward that organization is the key to resolve the problem about the social integration between immigrant workers and urban society. The author pointed out that there should be an innovation of organization on the foundation of kinship, locality and occupation, and rebuilding of the urban society on the base of a new organizational form with new elements. |
