| 摘 要： | 职业院校的校内实训环境条件、职业学校学生的职业技能和实践能力与企业真实环境相差甚远,严重影响了职业教育的人才培养质量,也阻碍了职业教育的发展。因此,职业院校要认识到实训基地建设的重要意义,从政策法规建设、校企合作、经济投入、专业设置、课程体系、师资队伍等方面入手,加强实训基础建设。

| Abstract: | In vocational schools,on-campus practical conditions,vocational skill and practical ability of students are different greatly from the real enterprise situation,which has a severe impact on the labor force training quality and the development of vocational education.Therefore,vocational schools should understand the significance of the construction of training base fully,and enhance the construction from the policies and regulations,the cooperation of school and enterprise,investment,specialties setting,curriculum system,teacher team,and so on. |
