| 摘 要： | 在分析讨论企业动态竞争环境和技术竞争情报研究与应用现状的基础上,将竞争情报循环的概念应用于企业技术竞争情报的流程分析中,建立起一个企业技术竞争情报循环框架,以期实现集约、高效的企业技术竞争情报工作,从而使企业能够在复杂多变的动态竞争环境下获得技术竞争优势。

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis and discussion of the enterprise dynamic competitive environment and the present state of the competitive technical intelligence （CTI） research and application, the concept of competitive intelligence cycle was applied in the process analysis of enterprise CTI, and then a frame of enterprise CTI cycle was set up. Intensive and effective enterprise CTI activity can be achieved by it, so that the enterprise could acquire technical competitive advantage in the complex dynamic competitive environment. |
