| 摘 要： | 当前，课程改革已经进入了一个新的阶段，取得了阶段性的成果，但由于社会经济发展的原因。课程改革在农村实施还有待于进一步加强和落实。为了更好地解决农村基础教育存在的一些问题，提高农村基础教育的质量，必须从根本上改变农村基础教育的现状，其中最重要的因素就是实施课程改革。
