| 摘 要： | 浮躁是一种危害极大、传染力极强的社会病、官场病。它既是形式主义和功利主义的表现,又是焦躁不安心态的折射。如不坚决刹住,势必严重削弱党员干部队伍的战斗力,损害党同人民群众的血肉联系,最终妨碍全面建设小康社会宏伟目标的顺利实现。采取坚决有效的措施,克服领导干部的这种不良习气,在当前显得尤其重要。

| Abstract: | Impetuous is a kind of social and official disease with the impact of great harm and contagiousness.It is a behavior of formalism and utilitarianism,but also the refraction of an snxious and fretful psychology.If we does not eliminate it firmly,it certainly will weaken the fighting capacity of Party members and cadres seriously,and damage the flesh-and-blood connections between the Party and people and eventually hinder well-to-do society from realizing smoothly.It is especially important at present.For us to take the firm and effective measure to overcome the leading cadre's such bad custom. |
