| Abstract: | Based on the "Dual Transformation" of new public management innovation and government informatization,and making a comprehensive investigation of the challenges and deficiencies faced by the Chinese government information resources management,especially the main problems faced by the current information resources planning method,this paper discusses the possible improvement approaches and proposes some conceptions for perfection. |
