| Abstract: | The vigorous growth of the Buddy Society in the contemporary Hunan is due to the Xiang Army there. The Buddy Society, as an important constituent of society, helps to find the solution to the local social disturbance and mobilization there. Depending on the social mobilization by the Societies and Parties is an essential characteristic of the low class social mobilization in China. |
