| 摘 要： | 非平衡等离子体技术是一门多学科交叉的新技术，它在处理有害气体污染物方面有着能耗低、效率高、应用范围广等一系列优点，受到广泛关注。本文就非平衡等离子体的产生和脱除有害气体的机理以及此项技术与其他技术结合去除污染物的机理及工业应用研究进展做一总结，并对今后的研究方向做一展望。 |
