| 摘 要： | 高职高专财经类专业主要是依据学科的不同属性进行设置的,不符合人才市场的需要,必须通过调查本行业不同岗位对人才核心能力的不同要求,重新确定其专业目录.在此基础上,根据核心能力的不同,采用以能力为核心的课程开发方法,重新编制各专业的模块化教学计划;同时,对教学计划的实施进行改革,特别是实训教学的改革.

| Abstract: | The finance specialties in higher vocational education are set according to different properties of disciplines, which may fail to meet the needs of the market. The specialty catalogue for finance should be adjusted based on the investigation of the core skills for different posts in the field. Competence-based course development should be conducted to set up syllabus modules for each specialty. At the mean time, the implementation of the syllabus, especially of the practical teaching, should be reformed. |
