| 摘 要： | 中国的公共管理学研究应该在借鉴各国先进经验的基础上进行本土化研究,应该从中国的实践出发来思考中国公共管理问题.<中国公共管理>正是一本基于对中国问题思考基础上的著作,它为我们提供了一个思考公共管理问题的基本视角和方法,按照中国国情和公共管理的理念来探讨中国公共管理领域中存在的问题,即协调党政关系,处理好政府与第三部门的关系,提高私人部门的社会责任感及在公共管理中的地位.

| Abstract: | The author suggests that researches in public administration should be localized in China with reference to experiences of other countries.The point of departure for studies of China's public administration should be the reality in China.The book "Public Administration in China" is one that has resulted from close examination of the Chinese situations.The book offers a basic perspective and the methodology to study issues in public administration,and explores the existing problems in the light of the Chinese theories of public administration.The issues covered include the following: adjust the relation of the Party and the administrative department;handle the relation between government offices and the third sector properly;and raise the sense of social responsibility among private units and their position in public administration. |
