| 摘 要： | 法律概念具有内涵小外延大的特点。这一特点决定除了必须使用表义明确、具体的立法语言外，还需要表义概括的语言形式。表义概括的名词、行为动词、不定代词和具有名词性的“的”字短语等语言形式可以扩大法律概念的外延，满足法律的需要，是立法语言严谨、周密的保证。

| Abstract: | Concept of law has the property of narrow connotation and broad denotation,which decides the use of language expressing general meaning besides the use of precise language in law making.Nouns,verbs,indefinite pronouns and phrases of de expressing general meaning can broaden the denotation of the law.Use of these expressions makes legislative languages rigorous and thorough. |
