| 摘 要： | 毕业论文设计是应用型本科人才培养教学计划的最后一个环节，它为即将毕业的学生提供了一个极佳的平台，是对学生四年所学知识掌握和运用情况的重要检验指标。加强选题的合理性，确保选题的可操作性；加强毕业论文导师队伍建设，强化导师全程指导论文；加强考研动员鼓励，统筹兼顾考研和毕业论文；规范毕业论文设计管理制度，健全科学的毕业论文设计管理方式；保质保量完成本科毕业论文答辩，确保答辩外在形式与内容质量统一等措施能提高毕业论文设计质量。此外，强化毕业论文设计过程的动态管理；促进毕业论文设计的产学研结合和加强毕业论文设计与大学生创新创业设计计划相结合等保障体系能确保毕业论文设计的实施效果

| Abstract: | The graduation thesis is one of the most important elements of the teaching plan for application oriented under- graduate talent training, which offers an excellent platform for the students to demonstrate what they have learnt after four-year stay at the university and an index for the school to check the results of the teaching. To guarantee high level and quality of the graduate thesis, the following measures should be taken into consideration： reinforce the topic selection, strengthen the supervi- sor, regular the administrative of the thesis, and strictly conduct the thesis oral defense. |
