| 摘 要： | 对河北省五百余名高校教师,应用症状自评量表SCL-90进行测查,结果显示:教师在各因子分上均低于全国常模,并且有显著性差异;不同性别教师在偏执和精神病性因子分上有显著差异;不同学历教师在强迫、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、偏执、精神病性几个因子分上存在明显的差异;不同职称教师在敌对、恐怖、偏执、精神病性几个因子分上存在明显的差异。因此,河北省高校教师的心理健康普遍良好,造成教师心理压力的主要原因来自于社会环境和学校环境。 |

| Abstract: | This research involves over 500 teachers in universities of Hebei,who are tested with SCL-90.Compared with the national standards,the indexes achieved in Hebei are lower.The result shows the significant differences exist in paranoid and psychoticism in genders;different academicians have significant differences in obsessive,anxiety,hostility,photic,paranoid,psychoticism;the different professors have siginigicant differences in hostility,photic,paranoid and psychoticism with others.The paper concludes that the mental health of university teachers in Hebei is good,and that the pressure results from social and school environments. |
