| Abstract: | The authors combine the methods of comparative study and empirical study to analyze the characteristics of Wenzhou and Jining's private companies, and finds the cultural reason of the management system arrangement, and explores the internal relationship between enterprise culture and management to bring forward the develop methods for Wenzhou and Jining's private companies. |
