| 摘 要： | 以新的健身理念——“三维健身观”为依托,让人们从包括运动、心理、生活方式三方面的视角重新审视健身,树立科学的健身观念。随着新健身理论的产生,高校体育工作者为了更好的实践这一理论,就需要及时的转变观念、角色,高校体育师资队伍就需要不断的建设、完善,以适应时代的要求。

| Abstract: | This article is talking about how to survey about the body exercising by sport,psychology,life-style,and build up the scientific idea of exercise from the viewpoint of the three-dimensional exercise.By the appearance of the new body-building theory,the university sports workers should change their minds and roles to practise the theory.The construction of teachers' team should be well consummated to adapt the times request. |
