| 摘 要： | “城中村”是位于城市中的村庄,每个城市、每个“城中村”都有其各自的特点。根据青海西宁“城中村”的现状、经济能力和城市规划的发展要求,青海西宁“城中村”的改造宜采用“撤村建居”的“渐进式改制”方式。应通过加强管理、寻求替代阶段、弱化“城中村”的改造障碍后,才能对“城中村”进行彻底的清除改造。

| Abstract: | "The Village inside city",which are some villages locating in city, have respective characters in different cities.A gradual transformational measure of removing villages and establishing residences should be taken according to the current situation of " Village inside city" in terms of character,economy and urban layout in Qinghai.By strengthening management,seeking a substitutive phase and weakening transformational obstructions,"Village inside city" can be thoroughly transformed. |
