| 摘 要： | 本文从理论、实践和政策三个维度对科技金融发展中的问题进行了诠释,明确提出了科技金融是科技创新活动与金融创新活动的深度融合,是由科技创新活动引发的一系列金融创新行为。同时,本文也明确指出:科技金融工作首先是科技工作的重要组成部分,其业务特性兼具政策性和市场性,政府的重要作用在引导、辅导和督导。
