| 摘 要： | 本文提出三维度社会资本、在孵企业吸收能力和创新孵化绩效之间的关系假设模型,并通过大连市156家在孵企业的问卷调查,运用结构方程模型对假设进行验证。研究结果表明:结构维、关系维、认知维社会资本对在孵企业吸收能力均有正向影响;在孵企业吸收能力在结构维社会资本和创新孵化绩效之间起到完全中介作用;关系维、认知维社会资本不仅直接影响创新孵化绩效,还通过在孵企业吸收能力间接影响创新孵化绩效。

| Abstract: | A hypothetical model involving the relationships among three dimensions of social capital, absorptive capacity and innovation incubation performance is put forward in this paper, and the hypothesis is tested based on a sample of 156 incubated enterprises in Dalian by the structural equation modeling. The results show that structural social capital, relational social capital and cognitive social capital have positive effects on absorptive capacity; absorptive capacity plays a complete intermediary role between structural social capital and innovation incubation performance; both of relational and cognitive social capital not only have the direct influence on innovation incubation performance, but also the indirect influence on innovation incubation performance by absorptive capacity. |
