| 摘 要： | 知识产权文化是知识产权制度运行的前提,知识产权文化建设需要社会各界的广泛参与,图书馆是知识产权的中介服务组织,对知识产权文化建设发挥着重要的作用。图书馆在制度规范、行为方式、精神观念、物质文化系统,全面参与和推进知识产权文化建设,维护各系统和谐平衡,将有利于我国知识产权事业的发展与经济社会发展相协调。
