| 摘 要： | 当代企业的竞争,不再单纯是规模与价格的竞争,最根本的是企业核心竞争力的竞争,竞争的实质是看谁能赢得持续的领先优势。企业核心竞争力,就是企业通过对资源的充分利用和有效整合而形成的企业独有的、支撑企业保持持续竞争优势的能力。本文着重阐述企业核心竞争力在当今企业的表现形式和企业应如何构建核心竞争力,从而保证企业在当今激烈的竞争中处于不败之地。

| Abstract: | The competition of contemporary business enterprise,no longer pure is the competition of scale and price,the competition of business enterprise core competencies is most basic,the substance of competition is to see who can be kept on of lead advantage.This article elaborated emphatically how the enterprise core competitiveness should construct the core competitiveness in now enterprise＇s manifestation and the enterprise,thus to ensure enterprise to be in the invincible position nowadays. |
