| 摘 要： | 党的十八大以来，以习近平同志为核心的党中央将扶贫开发提高到治国理政的重要位置。科技扶贫作为贯彻精准扶贫、精准脱贫方略的重要内容，是发挥科技、人才支撑作用的有效途径，是打赢脱贫攻坚战的关键性举措。脱贫攻坚战打响以来，科技扶贫工作取得重要进展，文章提出进一步促进科技扶贫工作的5点思考：科技赋能助力培育扶贫产业；大力培育贫困村创业致富带头人；统筹整合各类帮扶资源；做好科技扶贫案例的示范推广；实现信息共通共享。

| Abstract: | Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at the core has raised poverty alleviation and development to an important position of country governance. As an important part of the implementation of targeted poverty alleviation and targeted poverty reduction, poverty alleviation through science and technology is an effective way to play the supporting role of science and technology and talents, and is a key measure to win the battle against poverty. Since the fight against poverty began, important progress has been achieved in poverty alleviation through science and technology. This study puts forward 5 points of thinking to further promote poverty alleviation through science and technology: science and technology empowering helps foster poverty alleviation industries; vigorously cultivate leaders for getting rich in poverty-stricken villages; coordinate and integrate various possible resources; popularize and promote the sound practice of poverty alleviation through science and technology; and realize common information sharing. |
