| 摘 要： | 家庭体育是社会体育的一种，它能真实、全面、科学的反映人们对体育的参与程度和亲合度。家庭体育是贯彻执行体育法规政策、增加体育人口的重要突破口，又是学校体育的扩展与延伸，更是终身体育的起点与归宿。因此，本研究从我国的基本国情出发，运用多学科知识对家庭这一社会构成中最基本的细胞来进行研究，分析现阶段制约我国家庭体育发展的各种因素，并提出了针对性的对策，以期为我国家庭体育的发展提供理论上的参考。
