| 摘 要： | 高职院校经过几年的快速发展,已从量态扩张向质态提升、从外延扩张向内涵发展转变.在发展与转变过程中,既存在着许多矛盾与困惑,又蕴含较为丰富的辩证思想.从辩证法的角度分析高职院校内涵建设的现状、问题及对策的同时,提出了为谁发展、要什么样的发展、怎样发展及靠谁发展等深层次问题的解决办法.
