| 摘 要： | 高等院校在我国科学研究领域中发挥着重要作用。高等院校所办的各种学报是科研工作者尤其是高校教师开展科研工作的重要阵地。过去,我们对高校学报在科研中的重要性的认识大都局限于它的传播功能。在新的历史条件下,用科学的发展观重新审视这一问题,就要求我们必须根据学报编辑工作的特点,在引导、组织、评价、传播等多方面,系统地发挥学报在科研中的重要作用,以促进我国科研工作的进一步发展。

| Abstract: | Colleges and universities bear important responsibilities in the domain of scientific research in China.Every journal carried out by them is important position for scientific research personnel,esp colleges and universities teachers,developing scientific research.In the past,our recognition of journal's importance in scientific research is mostly confined to its propagating function.Under new historical circumstances,reexamining it with scientific developing opinion requires that we should,according to the characteristics of journal edit,bring the important role of journal into full play in scientific research systematically by guiding,organizing,evaluating and spreading in order to bring about a further development in scientific research. |
