| 摘 要： | 随着社会主义市场经济体制的建立和高等教育制度的改革，大学生分配制度也发生了巨大的变化。许多大学毕业生在择业时走入误区，高校应抓住改革机遇，适时建立并调整大学生的职业需求体系，从而培养出更多更好的适应社会需要的人才。

| Abstract: | With the establishment of the system of the socialist market economy and the reform of the higher educational system,great changes in the assignment system of college students have taken place,and many college students probably make mistakes while choosing professions. In order to cultivate more higher quality talents fit for social need,colleges and universities should grasp reform opportunities,in the meanwhile,construct and adjust the professional demand system of college students. |
