| 摘 要： | 辅导员队伍是独立学院加强和改进学生思想政治教育和维护学校稳定的重要组织保证，独立学院的发展，需要一支稳定的、有着较高专业素质的职业化辅导员队伍。本文分析了辅导员职业化、专业化的基本内涵，探讨了独立学院辅导员队伍职业化、专业化建设的必要性，并对独立学院辅导员队伍职业化、专业化建设的途径进行了探索。

The development of independent colleges requires a stable pro fessional counselor team with high professional quality. This pa per analyzes the basic connotation of counselors＇ occupation and profession, explores the necessity of counselors＇ professional and occupational construction independent colleges, and explores the aroaches for it. |
