| 摘 要： | 实施“国培计划”工程为中小学教师培训工作带来了难得的机遇，我院承担国培任务的过程中依据小学教师队伍建设的需要，遵循教师教育专业发展规律，整合、利用、开发培训资源，真正做到师资选择和课程内容设计重“理论与实践相结合”，研修形式和过程注重“大学和小学相结合”，优质资源开发再利用促“职后教育与职前教育相结合”，有效促进小学教师专业发展。
