| 摘 要： | 农技协是在我国农村经济体制改革过程中,适应农村生产力发展的需要而产生的农民专业合作组织,在提高农民的组织化程度、推广农业技术、促进农民增收等方面发挥着独特的作用。该文研究我国西北干旱地区农技协的发展特点,分析其生成机制,总结主要的发展模式,研究发展中存在的突出问题,并依据当地实际的经济和社会环境,提出加快该地区农技协发展的对策建议。
