| 摘 要： | 人类工效学字面上的涵义是工人工作效率的学问,能最大限度地提高工人的工作效率是人类工效学研究的重点。然而在某些要求工人发挥自身创造力的工作中。追求过高的效率会限制工人创造力的发挥。20世纪80年代,日本生产对美国生产造成了最大的威胁,而当今的日本经济一蹶不振。究其原因,日本追求过高的效率抹煞了工人发挥创造力的余地,美国本能地顾及到长远利益没有与日本进行过于激烈的“效率战”。当时,美国汽车的成本是日本汽车成本的几倍,只有生产效率上的重大差别才会造成这种状况。目前国内人才受聘的最大激励是薪金水平的高低,但随着经济形势的不断好转,工作本身的吸引力将是激励工人工作的第一动力,而达到使工人满意水平的薪金退居为使第一动力发挥作用的手段。工作本身的吸引力得到了增强,工人的工作热情得到了提高,工人的工作效率也必将会得到大幅度提高,工人的创造力也会因此“活灵活现”。因此,工效学不但要考虑从环境方面、人机系统方面去提高工人的工作效率,更要着眼于工作本身吸引力对工人工作效率的重大影响。

| Abstract: | It is the knowledge of the worker" s work efficiency that ergonomics learns the connotation on the typeface. To increase the work efficiency of the workers to the utmost limit is the investigative point that ergonomics learns. However some jobs request the workers to develop their creative power in themselves, and to pursue the high efficiency can limit the developping of the worker' s creative power. In the 1980' s, Japanese production became a biggest threat to American production, now Japanese economy is never to rise again. The reason is that in Japan pursuing the high efficiency strangles the developping of the worker' s creative power. The United States by instinct have regarded for the farsighted benefits to proceed too much vigorous "efficiency war" with Japan. At that time, the cost of the car made in America is several times of that of the car made in Japan. Only the important difference for production efficiency would result in this kind of condition.
Now the biggest encouragement to the local talented to be hired is a high salary. But along with the economic situation continuously turns for the better, work oneself of the attraction will be the first motive that encourages the worker' work, but the salary satisfying the workers will reside for making the first motive means produce result. Once work oneself of the attraction is built up and the worker' s work enthusiasm get the exaltation, the worker" s work efficiency too necessarily gets the significant exaltation and for this reason, the worker' s creative power is "live and vivid now" . Therefore, ergonomics not only wants to consider from the environment aspect, person-machine system to increase the work efficiency of the worker, but even fix attention on the important influence of work oneself of the attraction on the worker" s workefficiency. |
