| 摘 要： | 通过问卷对大学生体育生活方式情况进行调查，并从社会学、心理学的视角做了分析，结果表明：在倡导“健康第一”的教育思想理念下，大学生的体育生活方式无论在精神层面或实践层面，都产生了一些与现代社会相适应的变化。

| Abstract: | This article explores the question that the lifestyle of university students adjusts the contemporary society both by studying the information on questionnaires and in terms of sociology, psychology,surveys. It shows that under advocating the importance of health,under graduates' P.E. lifestyle improves a lot to adjust the contemporary society,both in spiritual and practical way. |
