| 摘 要： | 通过分析开放式创新的信息需求特征，进一步得出开放式创新的信息源。面对众多的利益相关者、内外创新资源、知识组织单元、知识主体和环境，提出信息资源重组策略，包括构建企业信息门户、构建企业信息资源库、创建企业知识地图等，并且从资源获取的角度构建开放式创新的信息资源重组机理与路径模型。
