| 摘 要： | 泛系理论是一种新兴的视角、理念与方法.泛系法学新思维借鉴泛系这种统筹全局的新概念框架,对具体的局部观察进行重新整理--从法理学的基本概念切入,结合各家学说、司法实践来演绎法学与泛系理论的缘合,运用泛系相对论思维初步地分析了法的本质、法律程序、法律解释等几个有代表性的法理学范畴,借此来展现一种法学的新思维进程.

| Abstract: | Pansystems theory is a new perspective, idea and method. The new thought of pansystematic law uses the pansystem theoretical framework as a reference to make a new arrangement of the concrete partial observation making a start from the legal basic concept, combining with different schools of thought and judicial practice to deduce the joining point between law and pansystem theory. The paper also utilizes pansystem relativity theory to make a tentative analysis of several typical legal categories, such as the nature of law, legal procedures, and legal explanation to demonstrate a new kind of legal thought. |
