国内高水平男子三级跳远运动员专项素质指标体系及评价标准的研究

摘    要:本文通过综合运用文献资料与调研、因子分析、回归分析等方法,研究构建我国高水平男子三级跳远运动员专项素质指标体系和专项素质发展水平的评价模型,并制定相应的评价标准。研究结果:1)我国高水平男子三级跳远运动员专项素质指标体系由专项速度、专项力量和专项跳跃3个层面,助跑三级跳远、立定跳远等5个要素(评价元)构成;2)建立了我国高水平男子三级跳远运动员专项成绩的预测模型;3)制定了我国高水平男子三级跳远运动员专项素质的综合评价标准。为教练员确定训练重点、科学诊断运动员专项素质发展水平提供了理论参考依据。

Abstract:Through a comprehensive application of methods of literature reviews, investigation, factor analysis and regression analysis,the authors of this paper try to study and constitute an evaluation model of the target system and developing level of specialized quality for high-level men's triple jump athletes in China and form relevant evaluation criterion. The research results are: 1)The target system of high-level athletes' specialized quality is composed of three aspects of specialized speed,strength and jumping,and five factors such as run-up triple jump, standing long jump and so on; 2) A predicted model of specialized achievement for high-level men's triple jump athletes in China is set up;3) A comprehensive evaluation criterion of specialized quality for high-level men's triple jump athletes is drawn up,which provides theoretical reference for coaches to decide on critical training items and diagnose scientifically the athletes' developing level in their specialized quality.
