| 摘 要： | 针对高职院校复合型人才的培养，本文阐述了拓展专业对拓宽学生就业渠道、增强学生社会适应能力、提升学生职业发展空间、提高学生专业学习热情的意义，提出了形成各方共识是学校成功推行拓展专业的前提，分析了拓展专业推行前应进行系统设计及注意事项。

| Abstract: | In the context of developing multi-skilled professionals, the paper examines the importance ot minor program for expanding the channels of employment, enhancing their adaptability, promoting career development, and arousing their enthusiasm for academic work. It is held that consensus is the key to minor program development. Besides, features of the minor program system are also discussed. |
