| 摘 要： | 目的将“以人为本”的人文精神用科学、客观的形式融入高校体育教育中，重新构建以“人文精神”为主要内涵的高校体育教育。方法从我国高校体育文化的现状出发，探讨如何把人文精神融入高校体育教育体系中，研究人文精神融入高校体育的重要意义，为人文精神融入高校体育提供有利依据。结果高校体育教育中融入人文精神可以更好的提高学生的人文修养和课堂教学效果。结论“人文精神”有机融入体育教学必将是未来我国高校体育的发展方向。

| Abstract: | This paper aims to infuse the humane spirit based on ＂people-oriented＂ into college physical education by a scientific and objective way, and reconstruct college physical education based on＂ Humane Spirit＂. From the current status of Physical Culture, this paper will discuss how to infuse the humane spirit into the physical education system and its significance, which can provide favorable suggestions for the integration between humane spirit and college physical education. Consequently, the integration between humane spirit and college physical education can improve students＇ humane quality and classroom teaching, and at the same time it will be the future direction of development of College Sports. |
