| 摘 要： | 文章通过对体育教师教学生活的方式调查研究。研究结果表明:规范的教学生活方式、狭隘的教学生活方式、重复的教学生活方式是长期以来我国高校体育教师主要的教学生活方式状况;努力探寻一种智慧型的体育教学生活方式,使体育教师真正实践在育人的过程中育自己,赋予体育教师的教育和培训以人格化的创新、引导体育教师充分认识并发挥体育教学实践的意义和作用,这是提升高校体育教师教学生活质量和促进体育教师发展的必然选择。

| Abstract: | The educational life way of each individual teacher concerns the development of the physical education teacher contingent.Research result indicate:for a long period of time in china,most chinese universities' physical education teachers have been living a regularized,confined and repeated educational life.In this sense it is an inevitable choice for the improvement of physical education teachers' life quality and the promotion to the development of physical educaton teacher contingent to enable physical education teachers to seek intelligent ways of educational life,broaden and renew the personalized contents of teacher training,and guide physical education teacher to recognize meaning and play role of teaching practise. |
