摘    要:借助均匀设计法合理安排试验及应用计算机拟合技术科学地进行了溴氰菊酯的毛细管GC检测条件的设计与优化的研究,建立了相关的数学模型。成功地求出了柱温253℃、压力17.7Pa时能够满足出峰时间快、峰形好的GC检测条件,建立的色谱条件具有广泛的应用价值。

Abstract:The even design examination and computer technology are applied to the study on design and optimization of capillary gas chromatographic detection conditions of dehamethrin, and mathematic model is established in the article. The capillary gas chromatographic detection conditions that temperature is 252~C and pressure is 17Pa that can satisfy apex speed and well-shape are successfully obtained. Also, the detection conditions have extensive value in use.
